Pre-order shipping
Some products are sold as pre-orders. Pre-order items are not ready to ship immediately and require time for production.
The estimated production and shipping timeframe is approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
Please note that this is an estimate. Delays may happen due to production, supplier, customs, or shipping carrier issues.
Order processing
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Souvenir is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Estimated shipping times begin once your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your pre-order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will do our best to keep you updated by email.
Lost or stolen packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Souvenir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help you open a claim with the carrier if possible.
