All sales are carefully processed by Souvenir. Please read our policy before placing your order.
Pre-order items
Some items on our store are sold as pre-orders. This means the item is not ready to ship immediately and will be produced after the order is placed.
By placing a pre-order, you understand that production and shipping may take approximately 3 to 4 weeks. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on production or shipping delays.
Order cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before production has started.
Once production has started, cancellations may not be available unless there is a significant delay or issue with the order.
Returns
We accept returns only if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- With original packaging if applicable
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items worn or washed
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Pre-order items after production has started, unless defective or incorrect
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
